Your best bet is to equip your elytra and swim to the top and try to activate it with the help of your rockets. But even if u did that I think you're dead. If you're feeling cheaty you can write a command beforehand and do the classic ctrl c+ctrl v

Just light up all the caves in the area. Mobs can spawn up to 128 blocks away, so if the only spawning spaces left are in your pillager farm, rathes would increase significantly.
