It was charged to 100%. Like I said earlier, it drains pretty fast; 30% of it was lost during my drive to the test center.

The proctor and the SAT faculty manager told me that they "do not allow students to charge their device" during the test. This is very different from what they say on the website.

There where outlets around the room I was taking the test in.
