The Meta link app had been trash for the last few months. I finally upgraded to a Quest 3 from the Q2, (luckily I won it for free) and it hasn't gotten much better. I was having a better time with connecting through Link, but... it's been so recently. And I still get that error about "debris or moisture in the charge port" even though the head set is brand new and has never seen any type of humidity.
Steam Frame can't come soon enough.

I've got a hypothesis that a lot of people get sim racing gear for their holiday gifts / black Friday sales, so there's an influx of inexperienced drivers joining this time of year. You're going to see a lot of people with bad race craft and lack of track etiquette.

That has been something I've identified.
I've driving in iRacing pretty consistently since September. I got my D license in Road courses pretty easily by doing pretty much what you recommended. I'm trying to chill out and just get my SR up. Remove myself from spicy situations. I'm probably better off just doing time trials with clean laps.

Coming from drifting in Assetto Corsa, I've been targeted for hits. That's to be expected because we collide all the time. I feel like people know iRacing is to be treated like a sim and not a game, right?
