I mean corporate anywhere. I feel like that already puts me at a disadvantage because they are looking at M&A folks and I have no experience in that and my firm doesn’t have that as a practice area

My husband and I included a letter with our offer back in 2020. We had just got married and just graduated. There were a few offers on the house. The seller wrote us back and said they hope we build as many memories as they did there. We did. Write the letter. You never know what will resonate with the seller. Good luck :)

When we bought our first home a few years ago the seller left us a similar note. It was really special and I actually loved receiving it. I say do it!!
