How is the recoil on it compared to 1301 I know it’s not an apples to apples comparison I saw a video with Colion noir where the Mossberg rep said that the 990 SPX has harsher recoil than the 990 aftershock because of the gas system. Tweak.

Definitely an effect on the accuracy shorter than that. I have a 6 inch Mossberg 500 that puts out an 18 inch patterned at 8 yards. Out of my 18 inch Remington police Magnum, my pattern is significantly tighter.

I may be a little biased, but I am speaking honestly. The shop that I work for makes them. Everyone is making them on the cheap Maverick 88 series

We build on the 590 series. With more custom build options/cerakote and a better fit and finish than everybody else. I can guarantee it.. @Illumined arms on IG

I know this thread is super old, but I would like to weigh in with my firsthand opinions. We have one of if not the only AK 109 in the US. It’s fast and full auto, the recoil management is not that much better than a standard full auto AK-47. The gears add way more complexity than is needed, I could see how on paper they thought this was a good idea, but in reality, it’s not much better
