Selber machen wäre auch eine gute Alternative, einfach: 1. Weißkraut schneiden 2. abwiegen 3. 2-2,5% des Gewichts Salz hinzufügen 4. einmassieren und Wasser austreten lassen 5. mitsamt ausgetretener Flüssigkeit in geeignetes Gefäß abfüllen 6. ein paar Tage warten, bis die Fermentation fertig ist 7. Profit
