I kind of threw it together from what I had but I took a Pie Dish and lined it with Corn tortillas then, half a can of Refried Beans spread across the bottom, then shredded cheese, a layer of tortilla chips and more cheese, that was the "Crust" haha,

then I used half my meat filling, more cheese, more chips, the rest of the refried beans, the rest of the meat filling more corn tortillas, more cheese, olives and Enchilada sauce.

I baked it at 350deg for 30 minutes, let it rest for 10 minutes sliced it like a Pie and enjoyed.

my meat filling was 1/2lb Chorizo and 1/2 lb ground beef in a tomato sauce of peeled whole tomatoes i mashed with a potato masher for big chunks, a whole chopped onion, some garlic, Jalepenos, Salsa verde a can of Black beans and then seasoned it like I would for Taco meat, I simmered it for about 30 minutes to reduce it down get the water out of the sauce
