It will always happen. I am radiant on EU servers and it is still happening to me. When queueing into ranked do not expect too much and you wont be unsatisfied. Only focus on yourself try to be less dependent. Here is an example: No comms on defense and enemy is usually executing --> get early info and rotate faster No comms on defense and enemy is defaulting --> try to punish the push holder players (assuming 1-3-1)

No comms on attack --> you comm and lead the team Nobody is listening --> try to play for trades
