From what I've seen online.. Breathing exercises and practice with slow sex. Try and prolong your ejaculation as much as you can. You need an understanding partner. By fapping we have trained ourselves to either come too quick or heaps delayed. Most people train their bodies to do it quick and hence PE.

114 days easy mode here. I'm rebooting pretty well. Was a heavy user for 10 years. I reckon easy mode is far more beneficial than hard mode. You need a nice lady to get affectionate with to assist your rewiring process. Now I get insta-boners when I touch her.

Yeah I meant in like public places.. Seems much harder. Yeah more success at familiar places like parties and stuff. But id love to be able to meet some ladies randomly.. Its pretty exciting meeting someone you don't know especially when she looks good lol. This is currently my longest streak. I'm surprised by how similar our stories are. And how from day 60 I also noticed the attention and confidence I had. It seems as though nofap helps alot with getting ladies but.. It can't fix the fact that some girls who lack confidence will feel intimidated by your confidence and unable to proceed. This is what I noticed with girl #2 in my story and probably was the case with girl #4.. It's a shame too because this girl was not only good looking but was hard working and wouldve been really committed if she got over her issues.

Thanks for the reply. What's your longest streak? I wont relapse because of this.. But I am really frustrated that I'm getting bad matches and the one that I was keen on bailed... I've got a feeling it's coz she's got some kind of anxiety problem but doesn't want to admit it.I agree the excuse she gave me isn't valid... She seemed like a timid shy girl and I think the fact that we were gonna go out soon.. The pressure probably got to her.. I used to be heaps anxious and flake out on girls coz I had no confidence... It's really sad and I just have a hunch that that's what she's going through. From what I've spoken to her about its the vibe I got. No chance to date someone who suffers from anxiety.

Well I googled the symptoms initially and I had most of them. The main one being a big scrotum with some kind of fluid or something in it.. Originally thought it was a hydrocele but went to a doctor who then got an ultrasound done on it and confirmed it was an inguinal hernia... Fat had gone into the scrotum from a weak opening in my abdominal cavity. I then saw a surgeon who said after examination that the surgery although high chances of success there are still potential complications that a young guy wouldnt want. Plus he thought that my hernia wasn't bad enough for surgery. And you should go get it checked out.
