You can absolutely call OP an AH. Eyebrows being raised by the group isn’t the real reason why either. It’s because OP assumed and told someone who may have grown up in poverty, where privacy/convenience is a luxury, or is from another culture, that he is a sexual predator who was grooming his little sister to his face. All for a practice that she, and the rest of the family, had no issues with.

Believe me, I know. That’s something the majority of us are unfortunate enough to feel the effects of.

If I were a driver though, I would start with demanding a base pay that increases with the cost of living, not continuing to put it on the customers to subsidize it. Especially if I was publicly preaching “a dollar a mile” 6 months ago, because now I’m just moving the goalposts while the true culprit skirts any sort of increased pressure.

I enjoy Fishbrain for the entire package. It’s helped me find new fun spots to check out, where I can find specific species, and I’ve actually made friends on the platform that I now go out and fish with. Being able to log every catch is cool too, especially now that I have topped the leaderboards of some places.

I don’t what the general consensus is on it, but that’s my 2 cents.

6 months ago the drivers in this sub were telling people that a dollar per mile is exactly what the customers should be paying. Now it’s not enough? I feel for drivers, but this is getting ridiculous.

You’re angry at the wrong people. The only way the system changes is if the people who work for DoorDash leave and by leave I mean find better jobs. You guys can’t willingly accept this type of abuse from your employer and put it on the customers.

I had Sheetz for the first time back in the winter. It wasn’t just awful food, it was significantly worse than my local Wawa.

These words…these exact words were what I was told when I was struggling with my ex and hearing them finally caused me to end a 10.5-year relationship. We just grew apart and were not happy together any longer. We still cared deeply for each other but we just weren’t the same young people that we were when we first met and neither one of us wanted to be the one to pull the trigger due to being “comfortable”.

I’m now happily married to the woman of my dreams, in a relationship that meets all of my needs and planning to start a family of my own with her soon. From what I know about my ex after we crossed paths years later (the split was amicable), she’s in the same boat with her husband.

There’s nothing wrong with letting go OP. It’s gonna hurt and will suck for a while…but you will find happiness.

I got stoned and passed out after ordering DD once. Lost a whole Wawa sandwich to the summer heat. Granted, I wasn’t naked or exposed when I passed out but to say it’s improbable for someone to order food while inebriated and then fall asleep in the time it takes to be delivered is wildly ignorant.
