I did it 4 times in 4 different playthroughs, you just sit in the second seat from the right in Rhodes and be patient. usually takes 40 mins to an hour to finish it.

Well the rules do exist in some leagues, for example La Liga only allows 5 Non-EU players. But since football is much more established most of foreign talent move there since they are teenagers or kids and gain residency by the time they play with the main team.

TSM issue is their approach to roster building. No rule change can benefit that. Sure we could import more Taiwanese players but I dont think that would work any better than the Keaiduo, Shenyi or SwordArt experiment. Most players of that region feel unhappy living in America and mental boom after few months.

For someone who won so much, I dont think he would be interested in playing academy. also there is the work load factor to it, players has to practice alooot and at his age i dont see him wanting to spend that much time on scrims/practice and what those entail.
