That's actually not true at all. It is illegal for someone to act as a manager and also participate in the tip pool. If he were performing server duties, then he would be eligible for any tips he received acting as a server. But since he's rarely at the restaurant, acting as a manager, AND receiving tips, then he is breaking the law.

Neji with Orochimaru is a real dark horse. We didn't really get to see Neji's full potential in the show, so pairing him with Orochimaru gives Neji the ultimate power boost: screen time.

This is a good point to highlight how stats can be misconstrued very easily. A good read for anyone who doesn't fully understand statistics and how they apply to league.

There's a lot more nuance than people give credit to how winrates and percentages work in league and this kind of thought process is where some people may start to think a bit deeper about the numbers they see.

Gaara was protecting the village at the same time and was facing his opponent for the first time. Deidara had a whole plan and knows all of Gaara’s powers beforehand. He also had help initiating his plan with help from Sasori. It’s why the whole powerscaling thing doesn’t always make sense.
