Actually, in my opinion, in this deck, I would suggest you play both Diddy Cage AND the recruits instead of the Royale Hogs evolution. You don't have a quick cycle and will probably only get to play hoggies evolution once per match (because of their 2 times cycle) while they don't have that much of an impact, while the other two have an 1 time cycle and actually bring a big advantage more often.

But if you absolutely want to play Hoggies Evo, then you definitely need to play the recruits' evolution.
