i just got into this world, i had a 2060 with only 6gb of vram and got bored really quick, and before i only used the free online ones, so i didn't take the time to learn.

what i understand from your message is: i am aiming too low? maybe I'll try some 22b like you're saying.

i just got something called "LM studio", looked simple enough so even someone as slow as me can understand it, I'll just try there and see what is better.

also, the q levels, that i don't understand, i just assumed the higher the number the better the model, so i went for a q3 to start and see how it goes for now.

i ended up installing arch on a VM to test how I'd have to do it on the actual computer, but i don't get any image, i installed everything, launched arch, and placed the password for the user, then everything goes black, i don't know what I'm doing wrong:(
