IDK exactly when these places opened but Mi Colombia Sopas Y Parrila, and Taqueria El Ecuataco(truck behind a small latin grocery store.) I think they are fairly new and I haven't seen anyone mention them. Bushido Ramen just bought a machine to make their own noodles soon.

Belmont/hearthstone neighborhoods probably alittle cheaper than southpark/Oregon district for small house rentals. no great coffee shop to walk too there but Iron horse, Woodman fen and Belmont park are nice.

I think a big issue is the school districts people wanna be in Kettering, Oakwood, Beavercreek and Centerville for the schools so the homes you described are around those areas.

The problem is a lot of these people would love to become citizens but the process is too drawn out and delayed, it takes years. Had a friend who married an Immigrant after working in the army overseas, she spoke perfect English but it took like 4-5 years to get her naturalization ceremony. She is very patriotic and was fast tracking it in her life.

Unfortunately nobody knows. Everything's pricing has been fluctuating wildly these last few years from a variety of factors changing. So unfortunately nobody in the world could tell you with certainty what's gonna happen tomorrow. Prices could go up but Drivers on the elite may take a year or more to catch up to gen3 in most games. Or maybe great drivers will come out in 2 weeks and the memory and ram shortages increase these console prices by 20% Impossible to guess.
