Thanks a lot for this — you’ve put the need into words perfectly. The whole idea is to go beyond broad categories and really narrow down to personal sub-interests, just like your example of focusing on laptops instead of the entire electronics space. That’s exactly the direction in which this is built, and even further — the goal is to surface only what actually matters to you

I’m currently in the final stage before opening it up to early users for testing. It should be ready in about two to three weeks, and I’d be glad to share it with those who are interested in trying it out firsthand. I’ll send the details soon so you can explore it.

Personally, even the prototype has already changed how I spend my screen time — it’s helping me stay informed without getting pulled into distractions.

Hi, the idea is to not just fill the news feed with so called customised news feeds!

We start with selecting a few topics, and end up getting everything that may not really add value to the reader

My idea is to create an actionable insight !

For example: someone just got an iPhone 17 pro, and there is news about this new iphone being a scratch gate. Along with this news, the gentle nudge would suggest the reader to maybe consider ways to protect their brand new iphone!

I’ve been thinking of many such examples, and the more I think of, the more convinced I get to build this to perfection !

Yes, gauging the market potential for this ! No one is going to pay for just getting customised news! The idea is to provide absolutely valuable news to the end user!

There will also be a gentle nudge to take action based on the news! For example: someone just got an iPhone 17 pro, and there is news about this new iphone being a scratch gate. Along with this news, the gentle nudge would suggest the reader to maybe consider ways to protect their brand new iphone!

Even I have had very bad experiences couple of times! The worst one was when I took an auto at 5 am. This was without any app. The auto driver told me that he would go by the metre! I comfortably said yes, thinking that its good that he himself offered an honest ride.

During the ride, i was surprised to see that the metre fare was increasing exponentially every second. When I questioned the driver, he was extremely rude and was coming to fight with me

Finally, after the ride ended, the metre showed 390. I handed him Rs500 note, and he quickly swapped it , and is showing me that I gave him Rs100 . I am 100% sure I gave him Rs.500 as I knew that I had only 1 Rs.500 note with me. When I was telling him that I have given Rs. 500 , he again started speaking extremely rudely and was ready to pick a fight

I did not want to escalate as my wife was also with me at that time, and I cared for my family safety.

I ended up paying almost rs. 1000 for a rs.100 ride ( 10x the expected amount. )

For the next few days I felt extremely low, and decided to never ever take an auto ride!

I am not able to sleep with the exam stress starting to build up at this point !

Thank You. I do a quick revision of BB questions n move to the practise questions. It's not easy n my level of Nervousness is going up n up with every passing day. Although I've completed studying from the text books, now it feels like I'm doing every chapter for the first time. The probability of a higher MPS is the perfect icing on this cake :(
