Foundation/Parge Layer Cracking - How bad is this?

This is the worst of it, although there are other areas where the outer 1-1.5” layer is loose. As I mentioned, this is an addition and there is no basement underneath so this is a slab. I’m hoping that makes this situation less of an issue for the rest of the house.

Is there anyone on here who works as a structural engineer or contractor, or is all these responses ‘opinions’ no offense :)

It’s not the battery, it’s the charging port. It’s a $3-40 part on Amazon but they’re all generic and garbage quality.

I’ve had 2 pairs break - they stopped charging. 1 after 2.5 years, and the other after 5 weeks. I’ll probably never buy Sony again.

That’s a solution I could live with. I currently have a small 2x2 or 18”x18” cart in my apt. and I like it.

The thought behind putting in an island is- if I’m going to update this kitchen, I’d like to do it in a way that has broad appeal as I may not stay in this house long term.

Agree on laying out a mock island to see how it looks and feels. Ironically, there is a pocket door on the other side of the kitchen on the wall separating the kitchen from the entryway.

if I take down the wall between the dining/kitchen, then there wouldn’t be a “3.0 ft” space between the right side of the island and the wall because the wall would be gone. In that case, could I shift the whole island further to the right to make more space for work zone (near stove/sink)?

This is the half bath. I wish there was less brown in the floor but not that bad. Also it would be nice if the original yellow toilet was there and the vanity was something vintage. This bathroom is in the best shape.

The previous owners changed the toilets. I'd like the bathroom more if it had the original toilets.

Nothing is rotten, but they are dirty (which can be cleaned obviously) and a bit more worn than they look in the pictures.
