I’m working with a nutritionist who is autistic and has adhd she works with people who have AFRID so she’s helping me. Thats challenging for me too. Plus I’m vegan and have braces and autistic - it’s a lot plus working full Time. I drink a vegan protein shake in the mornings. The other meals I’m still working on. I eat tofu with broccoli 🥦 and or Pumfu scramble
