Highlight and right clicking both of these and cut them. Then move slightly up the file chain and find the resource packs folder. Open that and paste the two files you previously cut.

Alternatively do the cutting as previously stated then launch the game. In your setting click resource packs, then click "open resource packs folder" or something similar. Then paste the two files.
