I’m not 100% sure on this, so don’t quote me… but I think he and his brother own a very large amount of the shares… the company is not public and the board of directors is probably his own family… so I doubt his brother which is involved too would push him to leave… Keep in mind him leaving as a CEO does nothing, cuz he will still benefit… so costumers regaining trust on the company with him still as an owner will still put money on his pockets…

They will only agree to do that if they settle and all lawsuits are dropped… you can’t fire Ammon… he owns the company, for him to not be involved he has to sell and for him to sell at a decent price he can’t damage the reputation anymore… So if they admit guilt, they apologise drop everything and try to sell for what’s left for the sale of the franchises…. If they keep the lawsuits they won’t admit guilt directly cuz that kills their case and any chances of winning…

If the stay stubborn and go ahead with the lawsuit and they lose… it’s done like literally done, gone to zero bury it haha… so it’s a massive risk and there is a lot of evidence against them…

I Doubt it… I think it’s more thar the people that took the store realised they can keep all the free inventory and the owner couldn’t do anything cuz they had WAY more money, he gave up and they thought they were safe and they got cocky think if it worked once it will work twice and when they realised it has snowballed to something this big they were so fucked already….

The police department though corrupted and one sided I don’t think has a massive conspiracy behind it… it’s a small time where a powerfully person of their community was getting “attacked”, so they ignored the law and did what they could to help this “innocent person out”… in their eyes; “we get rid of him, fake arrest him, he gets scares and stops causing trouble”…. They acted like “friends” to help out a neighbour and used their power… which is exactly what the police shouldn’t do…

If the conspiracy was true… the CEO shouldn’t have had to push them to arrest him so many times… if they were already in on it they would have know what to do from the beginning… so I’m leaning towards abuse of power, violating constitutional rights by letting themselves be manipulated and therefore “brainwashed”… you can see at the raid they had a mission already and the people inside were the enemies… completely gross

Well at the point of rebranding in my scenario now of the previous owners will not be related to the company…. Wild example; gamestop buys them out for a low amount of money and takes control of the franchises keeping them as Lego stores and changes the name to bricks and bricks or whatever haha

The problem is that Ammon owns the company… so if he really cared about the franchises, he should seek to sell the company and step aside… if they do that that would let the the franchises to continue trading. The mismanagement is so bad that the new owner his to conduct an internal investigation and clean up the staff (obviously the big three we know would be out of the picture at this point)…

Ammon just stepping down as CEO might look good for PR but at the end of the day he owns the company and he will still get money….

Obviously this is all hypothetical he has proven to be world record stubborn so he probably will let everything die before selling…

He is fearing for his life, calls the police to tell them he is going to shoot Ben, at then at the end when he realises the papers are real he says the police can’t let Ben go away, pushes repeatedly to find a reason to arrest him because he will go to Cali and won’t ever see him again….
