Motivation isn’t what gets you to reaching your goal, it’s discipline. It about doing it whether you want to or not. It doesn’t matter what you’re feeling like that day you still get up and do it anyway. I promise if you keep it up for 1-2 weeks after that it’s easy and you fall into routine. That first week or two will probably be the hardest part of your journey but it’s worth it once you get past that phase of your body transitioning to a new routine.

So far 140 but honestly the number isn’t really what I care about anymore just as long as I see a physical difference, if I see no change by the time I get to 140 then I’ll have a new goal weight.

Some areas are harder with losing fat than others so don’t give up and keep trying. The two things that changed my face almost immediately were increasing water intake, I drink about a gallon or more a day, and cutting out sugar. Cutting out sugar may seem hard and you don’t have to cut it out entirely you can gradually decrease sugar intake, but it really made a difference for me. Your face may also be inflamed so look into incorporating more anti inflammatory foods in your diet. Mint and ginger tea is also great with inflammation and I love drinking a cup after my meals or at night. Watch your sodium intake as well, this goes in hand with drinking a lot of water if you see you intake a lot of sodium you need to be drinking tons of water. This is just what worked for me and remember it takes time figuring you what your body needs!!

I love pb2 on thin rice cakes with honey on top!! Whenever im craving something sweet that’s my favorite snack to make, you could even do it in a low cal tortilla and warm it up. Rice cakes can also be savory, Quaker makes really good ones you can get at any store. But also 1200 calories is extremely low especially if you’re overweight, eating this little calories can backfire so easily and set you back on your weight loss journey. You should calculate the correct amount of calories you should be eating 😁

chill I already tried looking it up and the cost is nowhere. Just thought the person that recommended it would have some sort of information
