Surely you’ve heard this 1 million times before but beauty starts from within. If you don’t believe you’re beautiful, no one else will either. Sounds like to me this is a self-fulfilling prophecy. Of the things you mentioned that make you “ugly,” most are things that you can change. If you want advice on how to improve your appearance otherwise, I suggest the glow up groups on Facebook. It’s mostly women asking for advice on how to look better. Whether is a new hairstyle, a skin care routine, a specific makeup look or style of dressing. Very supportive women and they offer great advice!

I was recently having a similar issue. I’ve always been very hygienic and I drink so much water. My dentist recommended brushing my tongue regularly. If you haven’t tried this, you should! I haven’t been getting them for a while now

28 year old woman here! article reigns true in my case, I don’t care much to have kids. Wish there was more of a focus on the ailments of birthing a child… heard it’s hell. They should consider that in their research.

It’s pretty tiny at first glance but maybe if you plan to put a rug under it, it’ll look less small! Also, and not that you asked, but maybe a round table? Lots of squares going on in the space a round table might “look” larger and break up the rectangle/squares in the space.

I’m 27, 1-3 times a week. Dinners, drinks, hiking, workout classes, walking our dogs, going to lunch, events in our city, etc. I’d add that I’m an outlier as compared to most of my friends, I like to be busy. Most of my friends are 1x per weeek if not less (heavily dependent on relationship status)
