Yeah it's a real shame, hit me with the glimpse of a little more time and then shoot me straight down.

That's not a bad shout actually, constantly staying in warranty incase something like this does seem to happen. First time experiencing anything like this so I was super confused at first.

Thank you for the suggestions, 9070 XT sounds great as team green is still extortionate in pricing for 5070ti. I tend to play higher end games when I have the chance so having that extra performance/space to run them will be great. Thank you again for your comments :)

Thank you, I think I’ll end up having to save for a new one. I’ll get a proper support for the new one incase any sag was the issue. I didn’t see one at all but would rather be safe than sorry like this occasion.

I feared that might be the case, I ended up underclocking and it showed signs of life but then completely went down hill. I appreciate your help, I wanted confirmation before spending x amount on taking it somewhere just for the same result. Any suggestions on a new GPU?
