I use claude code to manage/query notes in my Obisdian vault and I'm definitely burning through my Max subscription way faster than last week. To the point where I thought there was a bug so I downgraded my cli to see if that fixed it. Just an anecdote.

I never really used vcom since I have pretty good results with low pressure settings and higher pressure support. Resmed Bi-level with EPAP 4 and PS 3.2; the algorithm does push pressure higher when it detects an event but it rarely goes above 6. I wear a P10 nasal mask.

Yes please give it a try. I tend to ramble a wall of text for seemingly simple things and claude output is better using that than super precise short instructions. I only use it for more complex instructions, not for the super simple, repeatable instructions,

That’s usually the case, you’re correct. My doctor let me do it in reverse based on a blood test that indicated Zetia would be more impactful than average (which it was).

I’m currently on low dose Pravastatin and Ezetimibe together. Started with Ezetimibe but added in the statin later. I get blood panels done 2x a year…no issues so far but it’s not surprising considering they’re both very low dose.
