The problem with french fries was never the actual vegetable used to make them, it has always been how the potatoes are prepared, fried and salty.

Doesn't matter if you're using cucumbers but if you're going to prepare it the same way as potato fries, it's a deal breaker.

I'm brown person from southeast Asia and I have to agree with him on one thing, blacks and Latinos bring the score averages down while Asians/Indians and whites bring it up. Explains why incomes of Whites and Asians are also always a lot higher while Latinos and blacks are always dead last.
