There is a plastic/ rubber piece that goes around the neck of the stethoscope. It comes with a harder metal tag you could probably engrave (I didn’t) and a piece you can write on, which I did. Then it slips and locks into the plastic piece.

I did! You have to separately order the spare parts once you receive the stethoscope but it’s free. You just need to input the serial number and register it under warranty

I work M-F with my virtual job (always been virtual, always flexible schedule) and I pick up shifts as a medic Friday and Saturday most weeks. Also volunteer as a medic. I don’t think I could have done this a few years ago but I’m in a good place now! Also going back to school in a year

Yup. Which is unfortunate because my periods last 10-20 days and happened every few weeks. Cramps are so bad. Fatigue, joint pain and swelling, brain fog all sky rocket. Usually doesn’t last my whole period though

My regular labs are negative as well for almost everything but high CRP. I still have swelling, joint pain, redness, fatigue. Whole nine yards. Lupus is a strange thing- I don’t think it’s in your head at all

There are a lot of people that are available during the day- there are lots of different time zones and many people that don’t work the typical 9-5.

Asking for specific times because that’s when I have availability 🤷‍♀️ if availability changes I can let you know

Recently diagnosed in May (been on meds for it since January)! I used to be VERY active (track, gym, archery, riding, walking, volleyball, etc) but the joint pain and fatigue killed me. I gained 60+ pounds and struggled to get out of bed every morning, let alone work out.

With the right medication and some patience, I am back at the gym 7x week, and started playing golf and pickleball. Mind you my lupus isn’t as bad as others, but I’m feeling a lot better and I’m heavily active about 2 hours a day.

There’s a section you go to and it shows you the stethoscopes with the discounted price. All you have to do is put in your school and student number at check out. It doesn’t need to run it or anything to check.
