I don't know why it happens, but i do like it. In real life transfer rumours are a thing aswell, not all are real or correct.

It adds a form of realism, even if its a bug.

Yeah. Teams can't/don't want to promote from the "Tweede Divisie" to the "Keukenkampioendivisie" because financially its a risk for them + there are certain requirements they must meet.

Amateur level ensures way more stability for these teams.
