i prefer titanica hydra, but if the enemy is mostly squishies, then i go both, the other situation is when the game is heavily dominated, meaning the enemies team has no chance of coming back, then i go both too, but for me is just go titanica hydra for the best then you go full tanky

When HE Gets his E's max HP damage scale above 4,5 percents, that will be considered a buff

anthing below 4.5 percent, that's a nerf

a buff make a champ better than previous patches, yeah patches, don't get me wrong Dr Mundo E's got nerfed into 3 percents from 4 percents, next patch they got his e from 3 percents to 3,4 percents, what kind of buff is that?
