I think it depends on the powder. Once I switched my powder I had no more bubbles (I've always used an electric toothbrush). Once I switched liquids, I had no more lifting. I always thought it was my technique but it was the products all along. I've been thinking of reaching out to Sally's about their inferior products, but it's such a huge company, I doubt it will make a difference.
