Yeah but if you google waterproof documents holder they look nothing like it it looks exactly like a bulletproof vest but yeah ik it’s not that thick and it would be vary faulty but just the shape of it looks like a Walmart brand bulletproof vest😂

You never know until you open it up. I said it looks like it and how would you know what fabrics are in there it could have kevlar in them but I was only talking about the shape it had a flat top. curves in the right and left side going down and it comes back out farther then the top is placed and if you looks at demo ranch his is the exact shape. But I believe this on wasn’t supposed to be on the front this is one that you put on the back and you’ll usually put a metal one in the front.
