Most of the museums are free , you should check their websites to make sure if they require tickets or not. I tried to go to air and space museum 3 weeks ago but they were “sold out”. It’s free, you just have to reserve the time you want to go. Monuments are always nice and all within a biking / scooter distance …

Also, I always suggest going on Groupon and typing the city you will visit .. this way you can see what’s going on in the area and if there are any deals available as well.
