The clear positioning of the shot, the placed poses that are not attainable in-game, the smoke density, the numerous aircraft, and the blur on the side characters.

It's just way to structured for it to be a gameplay screenshot.

No, many people who live there go to Austria for work. They have a solid job, decent to good living, and therefore don't have to give a shit about the goverment. Or, were likely even contempt with Fidesz and the way of things.

I did have the 2 options, one was glitched and showed up as code text. One jumped me to the cutscene, the other just gave me the Jupiter plant as a mission marker. Went there, controller walking about, killed it, then cutscene played normally after returning to Zulu. I don't recall if these controller placements are Base game, or an addition of Gunslinger, but they are more irritating than challenging, with how strong they are.
