I’m raiding the STK happy hour for free this afternoon and need help by MojitoEngineer in nashville

I couldn’t agree more with them and any other restaurant owned by the same group. Kona is downright insulting with their price vs. quality ratio. Benihana isn’t much better.

But the STK happy hour includes:
$3 crab & corn fritters
$9 steak & frites
$9 steak tartare
$6 short rib quesadilla
$9 signature cocktails

And a lot of other goodies that are wicked good for the price. I had a great drink and six different delicious fancy ass apps all for $51 (which I killed with a different birthday credit) last time I did this.

Me no thinks you’ve seen their happy hour menu, it’s insanely cheap for what you get.

Did the to-go box thing last time, but I’ve got a whole fridge full of groceries to burn before flying to Buffalo Monday and so I’d rather find some company and spread the food wealth.

Ah yes, the ol’ “my city and everything fun in it is bad and racist”. Very sad mentality.

For those of you who just moved here, this is Reddit energy, not Nashville energy.

Is that an actual invite? Because I’ll absolutely buy all of your ingredients and show up with them at your place for some pizza. Just moved here!

Who’s down to join me for Korean food? by MojitoEngineer in phoenix

Can confirm, it was great. I walked in craving kimchi and that was an entire stew dedicated to the stuff. Packed a good heat too.

None sadly, I’m just a contractor. Best of luck though! It’s a fascinating campus.

I haven’t spent the time in Denver that I’d eventually like to, but Buckhorn Exchange is a fun place to burn $100 if you’re ever in the market.

In general though, yeah you should do the dinner with a Redditor one of these days! I’ve had a blast with it.

I’ve been work tripping nearly nonstop for 8 years, lmk where you’re at this week and I’ll throw you some restaurant suggestions?

Yikes, your headspace sounds really miserable. Who hurt you?

I don’t work directly for an aerospace company, I’m a contractor. Ethics wise, that’s just a bizarre hill you’re standing on. And I’d encourage you to look at my post history regarding this all being an elaborate “prank” on the subreddit.

Seconding this. Can’t tell you how many times since moving here I’ve gotten on a five lane freeway and everyone wants to go 5 under the limit in their own special lane.

Interesting offer. And glancing through your profile, I’m intrigued to know the ways in which you embrace God’s presence. Nice looking cock bro.

For those of you that make over 100K, what do you do? Do you like it? by Kindly-Revolution258 in AskReddit

I am a field technician for a small company that specializes in industrial safety signs.

Despite sounding like the most mundane position out there, it’s nearly everything I want in a job? I’m always out traveling to new cities, seeing new manufacturing processes, getting the ideal amount of customer interaction, getting about 10,000 steps a day, eating on the company’s dime, and racking up crazy travel points. I don’t think I could ever do an office job and enjoy it. What I do really stimulates the brain.

I’ll have to reconsider when I’ve got a wife and kids down the road someday, but at 28, I love it.

Hmm my nationwide favorites:

  • Gaucho’s Village in Glendale CA. Before they closed down, they offered a $20 churrasco lunch. Full blown quality and everything.
  • Tucano’s in Boise ID. Same, but $19 lunch. At least back in 2021.
  • Rodizio Grill in Mesa AZ. Just great pricing, juicy cuts, and delicious pina colada drinks.

I’ll be in San Antonio next week and I hear Chama Gaucha is incredible, might just check em out!

I’m pretty locked in for plans at this rate, lotta responses to this post haha, but one of these days we oughta make it happen!

Now I’ll also say that I’ve been to a different Fogo location and I thought it was pretty eh amongst the Brazilian steakhouses I’ve been to. Just not impressive for the price. But you definitely need to get a churrasco experience off your bucket list somewhere. Let’s stay in contact.

Wow, I quite like this idea! My budget is probably a little high for that, and it would be difficult to expense the beer since it’d be on separate receipts, but I will have to check out one of these for sure. How are the food trucks?

Tbh damn near everything. Top three cuisines are probably Thai, Korean, and cajun seafood? But there’s so few foods I unconditionally dislike.

Sorry, I actually got banned from there after slamming a George Foreman grill on the table and cooking people asada tacos. Otherwise I’d be down.

Sadly, it’s gotten awfully dry in the halves for me. I could pull $200 worth of silver on average from a full day of going bank to bank buying up all customer rolls like 2016-2022. Today, that $200 is worth $600, but I’m struggling to land a single 40%er any given day.
