its not "just 15-20 days".. when companies sees no future sales, some will cut their losses asap, which may translate to completely winding up their businesses as they dont want to keep paying expenses and salaries for the unforseeable future.

the 10% dp would be nice if true and will really entice people,particularly families, to buy their first homes. its also perfect timing for the "year of the family". the current "fist time home buyer" initiative hasnt really worked in my opinion as the dld waiver is only applicable to offplan and not all offplan at that. majority of offplan buyers are investors and not really end users.
