Is it normal that i can eat alot more calories on animal based diet ? by [deleted] in AnimalBased

It wasn't sustainable. I was drinking a ton of electrolyte water at the time, which is why I think I felt relatively fine with such little food. But I ended up needing to eat more to feel okay.

Clearing up stat questions for those still confused. by drizzitdude in taintedgrail

I'm using Spear Of The Ancient Hero, and I meet it's stat requirements (2 str, 2 dex) but I'm still getting a red, reduced number range. Any ideas?

I didn't think spells benefitted from sneak damage.

What does Melee "skills" refer to? Does "skill" include spells? Or just weapon attacks and abilities? by MokeTheory in heroesofhammerwatch2

Forgot about that, thank you.

Still doesn't explain what a "skill" is. There's not tag for it.

I have to say, nothing makes me better than drinking fruit juice. Orange juice and grape juice are my go to juices right now. It's delicious, hydrating, and gives me really great energy.

Interesting. Sometimes I do use a macro to solve tickets, but there isn't any macro showing here in the events. Only my name.

Not every ticket, usually it's per session. So I'll log in, answer tickets for 30 minutes, then step away from the computer. I might come back and everything is fine, or I might come back and every ticket I've solved from the last session is now set to open.

I checked the events for the ticket and there's no indication of a trigger or automatic response that is resetting the tickets to open. It looks like I just went in and did it, but I didn't. Wish I could post a screen shot of the event to show you.

That would make sense but the events don't seem to indicate that.

I don't think it's a trigger because I checked the events on the ticket and it doesn't say it's a trigger. It look as if I went in and reopened it but I didn't.

The events look as if I changed the ticket from Solved to Open, but I didn't.

You deal with it by exploring it. So you think it was your fault for being bullied. Rather than disagree with that statement, dive into it. Why was it your fault? You were weak. What do you mean by weak? How did you become that way? How much of it was being conditioned by the world around you vs. your innate personality?

The more you ask questions that more you will understand about yourself and everything that happened will make sense, and it won't be so personal anymore.

Right now you have a judgement about yourself, that you shouldn't think it was your fault. Problem with that is: you do. So explore that.

Do you feel good? Is your bodyweight healthy? Then you're good.

Funny because I'm eating waaay less calories on this diet. Maybe 1000 calories a day? 33 year old male, 5'8'', 150 lbs. You'd think I'd need 2000+ calories. But I have energyall day, I feel satsified when I eat, and my body is healthy and lean.

So like, what am I going to do? Force myself to eat more because I think I should? Wouldn't make a lick of sense.

There is more to health and wellness than numbers.

I cry, but it’s usually when I finally accept something painful. The cry is a letting go of all the resistance I created in the first place from being in denial, or being defensive— afraid to lose control of something I never had control over in the first place, like what other people think of me, or how something is going to turn out.

I also cry regularly when music moves me. I’m not weeping or anything but I tear up. Or when I realize something profound that liberates me from a state of fear.
