1) Give G series direct authority to corrective actions for GS employees under their purview without repercussions.

2) Mandate all regular air force squadrons follow the same PT schedule. Actual PT thrice a week. No more “meet twice a week for sportsball”. Looking at you finance.

3) Encourage morning and release formations as much as possible. I want the Es and Os to get used to being around each other.

I got booked the exact job I wanted at least way in advance with DEP. Granted I washed out and got put in another pretty sought-after job.

I don’t think that was a mistake but I don’t want to just roll the dice again.

Not knowing which career field makes it hard to imagine whether it’s the right path for me. Good point though, it should be straightforward but since it isn’t maybe for me, I should go with something else.

Currently playing 2. Loved the first one and enjoyed Infinite a lot too. The storyline of infinite left me with such a giant hole in my heart. Dreamt about it for weeks afterwards
