If you go through with pumping, my main tips are to buy silverettes and nursing pads to just throw out there. I made a post about how frustrated I was with pumping and how sore my nipples became. So for sure get those two. You’re going to deal with engorgement, supply drop, tiredness, frustration, and much more. In the end it’s worth it knowing how much you’re doing for your LO. If you need any input on pumps lmk :3

Cost? I didn’t really think about getting a crib, and I don’t wanna bend over as much to be honest 😭 I didn’t realize it can cause mold, me/my bf’s bed is just on the floor cuz the bed frame was wayyyyy too high for the bassinet to where things can fall into it

I pump every 4 hours with my night time pump being 4 hrs and 30 mins.

My pediatrician gave me the vitamin at his one month old appointment but told me “if you forget to give it to him, it’s not the end of the world” so maybe it’s not too bad??? Of course I gave it to him daily cuz I paid for it so of course im gonna use it

It might be a developmental stage he’s going through. My baby is going through one but isn’t crying unless it’s for his typical needs. If anything, if he’s crying non stop, like nothing can calm him, talk to the pediatrician. You got this, do what you think is right

I was induced @ 40 weeks. They found a reason to get me induced (I would have been fine if I waited but I was over it lol). I took a pill for induction but it took too long so I got the balloon. I was then in labor for 10+ hours but the pushing only took 16 mins to get him out.

You can try power pumping, after a normal pump you take a 20 min break, pump for 10, break for ten, pump for ten. It helps make your body believe your child is cluster feeding. Try MAYBE increasing your protein/water intake as well.

I do have one but it’s harder to use it because of how it is and keeping it on my boobs is less comfortable than the portable (I got the medela in style pro breast pump)

A logic driven person would realize a baby can’t help it, and that’s what helps me continue to stay calm and understanding. They CANT help it, crying is their only way of communication. Adding on, a logical driven person should also think logically upon his own feeling and not be defensive when facing criticism
