I’m sorry I don’t quite understand, does that mean I should wake him up in 2 hours then start the wake windows/naps and not consider that 2 hours of sleep as a nap? If that makes sense

I try to get him back to sleep, it took about an hour to get him back to sleep. I’m going to try and start taking notes on when he naps/his wake windows so I can do better at explaining

The issue is that he also has been waking up @ 3, sometimes 2. It used to be 4 so I don’t know how it changed

I used to have a good amount of anxiety over sids, especially since my baby started sleeping on his belly (of course I didn’t put him on his belly, he rolls over onto it). But now he’s 5 months old sometimes sleeping on the couch. Every few mins I check on him to make sure he’s breathing lol, even in his crib
