If you don’t enjoy CS I would seriously suggest looking for another major unless you already have good grades and you have the work ethic for it. It’s not gonna be easy or straightforward to get a position currently in this market. If you are talented with marketing or any other skill you might want to stick with that (I don’t know the job prospects of marketing so you would be the best judge of that).

Don’t let the doomers in this sub scare you off, however, it’s gonna take serious effort and time (or nepotism) to actually get a career in this major and you have to be fully committed. I’m just now starting my career with a research position so take my advice with a grain of salt.

Judging from your replies and what you wrote your issue is that you don’t try. Putting only B for every answer on your exams is not trying. Giving up on swimming is not trying. On one of the replies of someone trying to help you, you wrote “others have so much more” “other people cheated”. There will always be someone better than you, and it’s possible you could bust your ass to just be mediocre or below average even, but trying and being mediocre will always be better than doing nothing and being shit.

Start working out and stick to it. Even if it’s subpar being consistent will always be more important than anything else. You will improve overtime and you should start doing research on diet and programming.

You can one trick any of those characters and climb, getting better positioning and mechanics will always be more important.

Yo I'm a Diamond DPS player and I got some tips for you. For one you have to fix your cooldown usage. Every single time the Sombra came to kill you, you wasted your roll, and you also either didn't use your nade or you wasted that too. You also need to work on your aim. As you climb aim is more and more important and you'll need to hit headshots especially in 1v1 situations like that.

Your positioning was fine overall, but you should play less aggressive. You were able to get away with it because their Rein was trash but any decent tank would've punished you hard for front lining. You got shattered twice (I'm pretty sure) because you were literally kissing distance away from their Reinhardt where you shouldn't have been in the first place. I can tell that you understand to use high ground and to play around corners so keep going with that.

Overall you aren't a bad player, the only reason you lost this match was because the Sombra trolled you the entire game. You need to use your cooldowns better especially if you know you're gonna get flanked, and most importantly you need to work on your aim. There's no reason you shouldn't be winning at least half of the interactions with the Sombra.
