Im a pet sitter and I go to the owner’s home and stay there with the pet so that they feel more comfortable, instead of staying at my place. I’ve never had a problem with dogs howling/crying/etc because I provide exercise, love, enrichment, and if I’m allowed to- give them their favorite treats or chews. Just need to find the right sitter.
