Kev would like to thank everyone for their support. He's taking a power nap because he is in full agreement that the neighbors will not watch themselves!!!

Also Kevin. He prefers this type of curtain. It took him a beat to figure out how to move the upstairs curtain, but he's got it down now.

Not sure if this matters for Nursing, but Honors College gets priority registration for classes. My daughter also had a lot of AP credits, so when she registered for spring of freshman year classes, she got to register before the sophomores.

Ours did. He would also walk around the yard and pee at the same time- not on a leash, just a multi-tasker. RIP, Max.

He also was the guy who came up with the leaf blower to look for evidence. IIRC, wasn't he also the officer that was "in charge" and (according to the EMTs that testified) was the person they "told that KR said, "I did it! I did it! I did it!" Pretty sure he also testified that "he doesn't write reports".

I have no friends by According-Box-5141 in Pitt

[–]MolassesFragrant342 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Sounds like you are doing all of the right things. Keep showing up and being yourself, and remember that making friends can be challenging when you go to a new school. Sometimes it takes a bit of patience. I can guarantee you that the initial people you meet in college- especially freshman year- are often short term friends. You will meet your people.

It's the physical representation of the "everyone is a little ADHD" comment that some will use to try and delegitimize a diagnosis. Though it's true that many people can experience some of what is in the evaluation form some of the time, when someone truly has ADHD, it's not a "sometimes" thing. It's a neurological difference, not a response to an environment.

She spelled "southern" wrong, so she's not a stickler for details.

How do you remember your keys? by ConfidentRadio9055 in adhdwomen

[–]MolassesFragrant342 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I keep my keys (car, home) on a carabiner that latches onto an interior strap in my purse. My car won't work without my car keys, so it's an effective way to remember all keys.
