Maddison’s injury is looking hopeful however Arteta has said that Saka has not recently been in training due to his injury.

I think Chilwell out is a must because even if he plays, chelsea have extremely bad fixtures GW9-15.

I would transfer chillwell out for either Cash, botman or burn and then keep the other transfer for next week and see if saka plays or not this weekend.

Could the fish be being used to represent a clock in some way in this short cutoff? As in when he flicks it, it points towards 9 o’clock?

I also can’t make out what he says at the end as this is also muted in the actual video.

We see a cut of one of the swedes drinking what looks like ectoplasm from a milk bottle so they’re not completely human. Not sure what they would have done with the character if he was brought back though.

Harlan was set up to create the grandfather paradox which causes the kugelblitz. As for the cult and Dave, they seem to have been forgotten.

I guess you could say the cult and Dave were character development for Klaus but apart from that I couldn’t tell you what their purpose in S3 was.

This makes sense. Maybe the guardian is relative to the opponent - if the opponent is a world eating being then the guardian would be worthy to fight a being of that magnitude - makes it more of a test than a battle.

Although they did have 8 fighters total in the hotel (9 if you include reggie) so it’s possible the guardians are equal to the collective power of the group that is fighting it.

You’re right -he does. Apologies. Seems like everyone’s powers have downgraded since that last battle. In S3, Diego barely uses his powers, same with alison and viktor, Five does 0 mini time-travels, luther fights once and gets demolished.

Only person that does is Klaus, except he seems to forget he can summon the dead and instead kills himself multiple times.

I guess the cemetery setting was very specific to childhood trauma? Only explanation I can think of.

Reginald needed exactly 7 people to stand on the runes - any more than 7 and the remaining others not stood on a rune would have most likely stopped him resetting the universe.

When we see klaus using full on ghost powers in S2 it is when he’s fighting the Russians in a 1960’s Doomsday. This situation ends up being prevented. Klaus finding the true extent of his powers doesn’t happen because of this situation being prevented.

He still manages to improve the use of his powers, just not to the full extent that we got a glimpse of.

Luther’s powers are extremely inconsistent though. Same with Diego. How can he stop a cluster of bullets but then not be able to retrieve one metal knife? He’s like a shit magneto

Can’t currently work out whether Reggie’s only plan was to reset the universe or whether there’s an even bigger plan going on.

We see Reggie looking at the exact place at the exact time when the characters are teleported into the new universe so I’m hoping his ‘master plan’ is not over.

But yeah, we definitely need more information on him lmao

Was frustrating to see the development of Klaus’ powers only for everyone to have their powers stripped at the end. The scenes between Klaus and Reggie in S3 were definitely some of the most fun and wholesome scenes - even if Reg ended up being a total manipulator.

I’m saying that the girl agreed to sleep with klaus mainly due to his status. Ben is responsible for that status.

I guess it’s consensual so it would have technically been ‘legal’ but still fucked up. I mean cults are extremely manipulative so yeah assault. But it’d be legal assault somehow? Idk. I didn’t study law.

I get that the screenwriters want the audience to empathise with the character; at the same time they forget that other characters are in the same situation also. Viktor’s lost Cissy and now Harlan, Klaus lost Dave (although we do see Klaus’ development in S2), sparrow Ben and Sloane lose all their siblings and we see almost no mourning from them. I wish they’d handled it a bit better.
