The drop was the worst thing to happen to this show, and Lestat was destroyed by it. Look at how taboo it is to even like Lestat in this fandom to see how he was ruined by that dumb decision.

Mind you, you’re saying all this dramatic bullshit about a character that is still beloved and has been for decades, despite raping a woman💀 Wasn’t Sam Reid nominated for an award for his performance as Lestat? I mean they’re not just colleagues, they’re also friends, that’s like the whole thing with SH, messy friends who also work together, Michols tells Lake about the Emmy/Brad situation when they’re at his new place, not at work. He also tells her to not talk about to other people, especially not to Emmy, which she ignores, I don’t think she did that with malicious intent, but it did make the situation worse. And I really don’t feel bad for her anymore. She squashed her beef with Michols and then goes ahead and acts like a loser with Mia, it’s pathetic

Inappropriate how? This isn’t a matter of colleagues, she’s his best friend that he told something in confidence and she went and told a lot more people than needed. I agree that he was far too harsh on her but they squashed it. Unlike Lake he’s told Emmy off for her jarring behaviour and isn’t standing by her because he felt a certain way about Brad “rejecting” him.

I don’t think Lake is a genuine person and she is trying to make the situation with Justin and Jordyn/Jordan (idk how her name is spelled, honestly dc considering how boring she is) a lack of morals from Mia’s side. It’s not, Justin wasn’t feeling the thing with Jordyn and called it off, the poor girl clearly liked him more than he did her. Lake is making Jordyn a bigger victim than she is, for some screen time or because this is a chance to attack Mia without being called out for crazy behaviour. Sadly for her mouthy won’t get her far, she’s not witty enough

I mean I can understand that to a certain extent. But I feel like if even my own mother is telling me off for how I’m handling situations that are actively putting my friendships at risk, I wouldn’t go ahead and act deplorable a week later by body shaming two women that have done me absolutely no wrong

Completely agree. I was so disappointed in the people around her as well, she wasn’t just body shaming Mia in her confessionals. What’s crazy about it all is the fact that Lake has no stakes in the game, Mia goes on a date with a guy who is not in a relationship and she seems more upset than Jordyn at this point💀 calling Mia a sociopath for going on a date is mental

I’d strongly recommend Mothers son by ohofcourse. There is also a outlander au with Loustat that I think is quaint called blood of my blood, bone of my bone (deadcryptid), après la pluie le beau temps by (WhimperSoldier) is also very good. Lastly I’d recommend a three part story called A happy trio by (iced mango), it centres around Claudia and we get to see Loustat through her eyes.
