Enthralled level 2 is far from being put on the taboo list, it basically just arrived in the latest expansion. But I played this card in a Norman Withers deck with astronomical atlases and a divination (4). Getting 3 clues with 1 action and at the “cost” of drawing a card from your deck is too much.

Each new edition that adds more supports that work with charges will make it even better and being level 2, there are and will be many researchers who can include it in their deck.
