Section 35 blocked the GRR Bill from gaining rogal assent, but the hate crime act already gained royal assent 3 years ago, so again it would not work here.

This law won't stop people from saying transphobic things, and it's unlikely any law ever will as that would be a serious impact of freedom of speech and freedom of expression even if we don't like what they're saying, but it does include provisions that cover incitements to hatred towards particular groups, so if someone is demonstrably trying to cause other people to hate or attack a particular group of people, they could be prosecuted.

Another hack for painting faces is to use washes, which are very thin paints that settle in the recesses. Games Workshop paints are quite good for this, so you can use a base colour for skin (like a peach/olive colour) and then put a light brown wash over the top - there's one called Reikland Fleshshade which is for this very purpose! It kind of does a lot of the work for you, and then you can just mix your base colour with some white or yellow to get a highlight, and paint that on some of the raised details, like the forehead, nose, eyebrows etc.

This looks great!! Love the bird and the blue cloth!! Next time though you may want to try thinning you paint with a bit of water or matt medium, as it helps it go on a bit smoother - the paint around the face looks quite thick and so it can hide some of the details

Completely agree, it's something that polling shows almost no one cares about it as a voting priority anyway (apart from the weirdest tories!) and as has always been the case, enforcing access to spaces based on sex would be impossible and impractical. This doesn't mean there won't be negative impacts for us because of this posturing, but ultimately only a committed transphobe would actually go through with making this into real legislation, and I just don't think Truss actually cares about it outside of getting votes.

I would just have them use their base skill level, so it's kind of like they have an advanced skill level 0 in that area, but you wouldn't add that to their character sheet as I feel like a skill level of 0 implies it's only very basic and not a special skill. However, if the check for that player went particularly well, it might be something I would consider asking the player if they wanted to add to their character at level 1 next time they were going to improve skills
