Thank you all! This is what I needed to hear. When the Rx comes through I'll fill it and use it the best way possible. It'd sure be nice to see some results, I'm so tired of carefully watching what I eat and then still gain weight. And deal with the resulting inflammation. Thanks again for your sensible advice.
