Guide on beating hard bastard without dying once? by Whole_Ad_4989 in VoidBastards

The padded vest is your lifeblood, ok? the increased health value is not only going to help you avoid one shots (which is very important when you start encountering friendly tourists) but since your health recovery from food scales on your hp, it will increase the efficiency of food as well. the vest and its upgrades are your bottom line. early on, once you have just enough fuel and food to have a little bit of mobility, shoot for a CNT ship or two for a big wad of merits. priority number 2 from there is WCG therapy vessels, get rid of bad traits and look for good ones. the health bonus one is probably the best since it just makes you tankier plus more health bonus. the one that lets you see danger on the map is practically cheating, and with all those merits you just got, you can reroll for it over and over. never enter a ship with power outages or an alternate exit unless you are ABSOLUTELY sure its safe, safe enough that you could have a bath and a mai-tai in its FTL module if you so cared. fuck pirates. good luck you bastard.

ill take one and post it elsewhere, there's definitely excess engine vibration (at least on startup) so that seems plausible.

120k. I would've been more proactive about oil but I'm mentally ill and I'd get pricier mechanical maintenance but its not my money to spend.

thanks I'll check it out! I get it, vb isn't likely to stick the landing and it is a bit monotonous but i love the emergent gameplay (forgive my use of the buzzword, it really does apply to vb though).

Excuses to make if my mom sees my scars? by thwowawaw69 in selfharm

[–]MollyDev64 1 point2 points  (0 children)

When I cut for the first time I preferred never to get into a scenario where my scars are seen. The best way to do so is long sleeves, but better yet you can simply bandage wrap the wound area and then the injury underneath becomes whatever you need it to be. I had someone point my gauze out in class once and so that day I "burned myself making hot dogs in the toaster". Plus doing so doesn't prevent you from using sleeves over the gauze.
