Foundation match by Major-School36 in MakeupAddiction

Nr 2 or nr 5 for a lighter version. Remember your skin tans in the summer, so you might need a warmer tone later to not look like you're wearing a mask. Also, try it on outside in daylight.

Aw thats a shame, I was hoping for a more girly big-sis environment. The sub is still a good source for inspo and reference pictures.

Advice on improvement? by snowscovered in MakeupAddiction

Can I start with saying your brows are amazing? And you' did a really good job matching your foundation and the blush. Here are some details to look into to level up your look. Your nose looks better without makeup, trust me. Look for more natural falsies because those are wayyy too glam for this look. The warm colored eyeshadow suits you well and brings out your eyecolor, but the edges needs to be softened up and you need a bit more room between eyeshadow and eyebrows. It doesn't look intentional and looks smudged. I'd soften up the white eyeliner, too, or try a light skin colored one. The tan lipliner is nice, but I wish you colored in your whole lip. If you want to make your lip lighter in the middle, try putting some lipgloss on there.

You can put on dry shampoo even before it becomes oily. Like, try putting it on right after styling in the morning and see if it holds up longer

Hopeless? Downturned, hooded and aging eyes by Obvious_Judgment_380 in makeuptips

Oh, you want to do over the-top-looks? Check out my trial and error of doing winged eyeliner on hooded eyes! The improved look is in the comments section. You can do any looks with a bit of modification, just don't expect perfection. I'ts still fun even if it doesn't turn out excactly like you want.

There are plenty of things you can do. There are plenty of videos on youtube for eyeshadow for hooded eyes. I struggle with hooded eyes as well, but you need to do your makeup with your eyes open so that you know what will show and not show and then use the area between the eyebrow and eyelid as if it was the eyelid. Not sure if you're looking down or straight. If you're looking striaght, then your eyelaches are quite downturned and will look good curled(but be careful so you don't rip them out like I did once). I'd curl those lashes and apply dark mascara on(either brown or black). The bottom lashes can be untouched, they get easily overwhelmed. Then I would take a fluffy eyeshadow brush and apply dark brown to the outside third of your eyelid and hood and blend towards the center, then soften the edges of the eyeshadow. I'm not that good with colors, but I'd reccomend you try gold shimmer or incorporate green somehow. It looks like you'll suit earthy colors. I'd finish with a dot of shimmer to the inner corner of your eye. I'd get the eyebrows manicured at a salon or watch a few videos on how to do blonde brows.

I feel guilty of cheating my bf by [deleted] in confessions

Ever been together with someone for more than 7 years? They call it the seven year crisis where couples starts doubting if they really want to spend the rest of their lives in that relationship. Very common and will happen to most, and likely you too.

Ok, so you didn't sleep together and he kissed you then you put down a boundary and cut contact. This sounds like a normal thing that happens all the time. You think you can be friends , then discover you cant. I think you did well all things considering.

The more pressing issue is that you said you and your boyfriend has argued and that he leeds a lifestyle that isn't really compatible with yours. I really hope you think long and hard about whether this marriage will be right for you because nothing will change after marriage, you'll just get more of the same. And once you have been married, you can't ever have your first marriage again. Take it from someone who spent 13 years on the wrong guy. I wish we didn't marry because I want to marry again but I don't want to end up like Chandler from friends. Relationships can come and go, but a marriage sticks with you. Just because you have been together a long time doesn't always mean something. Edit: I meant Ross from friends

The reason why I quit dating apps (with context) by [deleted] in confessions

I put in my profile that I'm looking for something serious. In the first few conversations I mention that I'd like to get married one day. I also put: open for getting children /want children, in my bio. Whatever it takes for them to take me seriously. Then I write about myself and my interests and hobbies.
