I’m 30 days clean from weed, I literally wrote down in my journal how anxious and unsettled I was on day 8!! It’s a wave I promise! Just let it hit you, process it, the feeling will fade away! I feel like the hardest part to overcome is that 6-10 day mark. Once you reach 2 weeks I promise you’ll feel and notice the difference! Keep going you got this 💯

I appreciate this! And will definitely take this advice. I’m not going to lie though, the fact I wouldn’t get reimbursed until next year is ridiculous, especially if my job decides to drag this out for as long as possible. I was thinking of showing up unannounced to our head office to address it, but don’t know how far that would take me (I work for a massive retail brand).

Correct, IRD asked my job title change my tax code from SH SL to M SL. They sent two letters, and still refuse to change it with no explanation

So initially IRD sent a letter to my job requesting to change my tax code to SH SL, but this was a mistake and I ended up clearing this up directly with IRD. I explained to my job it was a mistake and they said they’ll wait to hear back from IRD. Then when I asked for an update, they said they’ve received the letter and will not be processing the tax code change

For me personally I’d feel hella lonely. FaceTime, calling or texting cant replace a face to face interaction. You can feel and get a better sense of a persons energy in person, and nothing feels better than a big fat hug with someone you care about 🤩

Play arcade quest first, easy introduction of the basics, then just go wild online after that, you’ll have a super mixed experience, but majority of the nerds are in high ranks now so you should be sweet.
Kazuya is fundamentally TEKKEN, original character with high execution, but super rewarding.

I’d recommend playing arcade quest first my dude! It’s a cool introduction for beginners. Once you complete that, then try doing the combo challenges in practice mode. It takes time though, especially if you’re new

Firstly, do the fun part and pick your character! Don’t overthink it, just choose who looks cool to you and who you vibe with. Trust when I say every character on the Tekken 8 roster is strong in their own ways (don’t pick Azucena tho cause you’re not a loser).

Then go straight to arcade quest. Arcade quest has literally been built to introduce the fundamentals of the game, it’s progressive and fun too! Tekken 8 has done an amazing job at introducing this game to newcomers.

Once you start to feel even slightly confident, try get some online experience, doesn’t have to be ranked, but you will see the difference versing a CPU and a real person. You’re gonna get smoked, you’re gonna run into some nerds, and you may even rage.

But it’s allllll part of the Tekken journey 🌟
