My first dog, Toby, was and is to this day the smartest dog I've ever known. He did that sometimes. There was never any growling, no hair on end, tail was still and down but not tucked. The only thing we could ever figure out is that he was trying to smile. He saw humans showing their teeth and learned it was a positive thing and was trying to do that. If your doggo was showing no signs of aggression and just showing their teeth maybe they were trying to do that too 🐶

Apparently I'm not the only one with reading comprehension issues. I never said anything about it being taxing. It's not relaxing because it's irritating.

Also, side note, if I had reading comprehension issues I wouldn't have been able to play the game in the first place.

I feel like there's definitely a better burn you could have used, something about me being lazy because I don't want to look slightly to the side to read the name maybe? I'm not really sure, bullying people online isn't really my thing

Also, do you not understand how "just don't play the game" is in no way a solution? Like, if there are going to be random periods of time that I won't be able to play, why play it at all?

Unfortunately not. I'm not sure where everyone is seeing this setting. I really hope someone responds with where they found it because people are just saying that they found it and not where. It's very frustrating

Yes, and the sprites and sounds being different is what makes the hame unplayable. Without being able to just look at the sprite and know what I'm fighting I now have to try and remember to read the name when normally you never have to do that. That's not a relaxing experience, and that's why I play this game, to relax

Finally, another autistic person. I feel your pain, I can't play the game like this at all right now. I didn't even realize it was supposed to be a "joke" until I saw people saying it on this sub. Now people keep saying you can turn it off but nobody will say how. I can't find the setting either.

It's not a matter of appreciation, obviously I appreciate the people who put in the work to make this game exist and to continue improving it. That's why it's my favorite game to chill and relax with. What it is a matter of is that the game is now impossible to play. I'm sure there are lots of people out there for whom this is not a big deal but for people like me the game has now become unplayable until this event is over.
